Tregaron's equity investments typically range from $2 to $5 million, and in some cases higher along with co-investors. We typically are a company's lead or sole outside equity investor, along with management. We focus on strong companies with a history of strong revenue and earnings performance, and potential for growth in value.
Financial criteria
- EBITDA between $1 and $5 million
- Revenue great than $5 million
- EBITDA margins of 10% or greater
- Limited capital expenditure or working capital investment required to grow
- History of stable performance and cash flow generation
Business Criteria
- Strong management team
- Stable or growing markets
- Diverse customer base with limited concentration risk
- Proven business models
- Defensible strategic position
- Opportunity for meaningful growth, organically or by acquisition
